Về dự có các đồng chí: Vũ Thành Lâm – Thành viên HĐTV Tập đoàn; Nguyễn Mạnh Tường – Phó Bí thư thường trực Đảng ủy TQN; Bí thư, Phó Bí thư đại diện các đảng bộ trực thuộc các Đảng bộ TKV, Đảng bộ TQN trên địa bàn T.P Cẩm Phả; lãnh đạo Công ty và 250 đại biểu đại diện cho 826 đảng viên trong toàn Đảng bộ Công ty than Thống Nhất – TKV.
Nhiệm kỳ 2015-2020, bám sát kế hoạch của Tập đoàn, Đảng bộ Công ty than Thống Nhất – TKV đã có bước đổi mới về phương thức lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo để thực hiện thắng lợi các mục tiêu nhiệm vụ chính trị được giao; đảm bảo ổn định sản xuất, giữ vững an ninh trật tự, chính trị nội bộ; ổn định việc làm, tư tưởng người lao động; đời sống vật chất, tinh thần người lao động được cải thiện rõ rệt; các tổ chức đoàn thể quần chúng đã có nhiều chuyển biến tích cực, hoạt động sát với chức năng nhiệm vụ và hiệu quả hơn. Cụ thể, tổng sản lượng than nguyên khai đạt 9 triệu 432 ngàn tấn; đào mới 41.988m lò; thu nhập bình quân NLĐ từ 10,39 triệu đồng/người-tháng năm 2015 đã tăng lên 13,36 triệu đồng/người-tháng.; doanh thu trên 7.7000 tỷ đồng.
Bám sát kế hoạch sản xuất, tiêu thụ và chỉ đạo của TKV, Than Thống Nhất đã chủ động xây dựng và thực hiện các phương án sản xuất phù hợp, linh hoạt, duy trì ổn định việc làm, đảm bảo đời sống thu nhập, cải thiện điều kiện làm việc cho người lao động; tập trung tháo gỡ khó khăn cho các phân xưởng sản xuất. Công ty đã tích cực đẩy mạnh công tác sáng kiến, cải tiến kỹ thuật, cải thiện các chỉ tiêu công nghệ, đẩy mạnh áp dụng cơ giới hoá vào khai thác than, duy trì 100% các lò chợ áp dụng công nghệ chống giữ bằng giá thủy lực di động nhằm tăng năng suất và đảm bảo an toàn; ứng dụng tin học hóa, tự động hóa như: Hệ thống bơm nhũ hóa, hệ thống giám sát, điều khiển tập trung tuyến băng, hệ thống tời…vào phục vụ sản xuất.
Công tác xây dựng Đảng có nhiều tiến bộ, tạo được niềm tin trong cán bộ đảng viên và CNVC-LĐ vào sự lãnh đạo của Đảng, vai trò lãnh đạo của tổ chức Đảng được phát huy. 5 năm qua, Đảng bộ đã kết nạp được 203 đảng viên mới, bình quân đạt 4,7%/năm. Đến hết 31/12/2019, toàn đảng bộ có 862 đảng viên sinh hoạt tại 38 chi bộ trực thuộc.
Với khẩu hiệu hành động: “Đổi mới phương thức, nâng cao năng lực lãnh đạo, sức chiến đấu của Đảng bộ; Đoàn kết, dân chủ, đổi mới, phát huy sức mạnh tổng hợp của cả hệ thống chính trị xây dựng Công ty phát triển bền vững”, bước sang nhiệm kỳ mới 2020-2025, toàn Đảng bộ phấn đấu hoàn thành các chỉ tiêu: Đẩy mạnh sản xuất kinh doanh, trước mắt thực hiện thắng lợi kế hoạch năm 2020 với sản lượng than nguyên khai 1,9 triệu tấn; các năm tiếp theo phấn đấu hoàn thành kế hoạch TKV giao, tốc độ tăng doanh thu phấn đấu từ 3-5%/năm; giảm tai nạn lao động, phấn đấu không có tai nạn và sự cố nghiêm trọng; đảm bảo đủ việc làm cho CB, ĐV, CNVC-LĐ. Phấn đấu tăng năng suất lao động và thu nhập tiền lương từ 5%/năm trở lên; sản xuất kinh doanh có hiệu quả, bảo toàn tốt nguồn vốn chủ sở hữu; các tổ chức đoàn thể đạt cơ sở vững mạnh; hàng năm có từ 90% chi bộ đạt hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ, không có chi bộ không hoàn thành nhiệm vụ; phát triển đảng viên mới hàng năm đạt 4,5 – 5% trở lên; Đảng bộ Công ty đạt hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ trở lên.
Phát biểu tại Đại hội, Phó Bí thư Đảng ủy TQN Nguyễn Mạnh Tường đã biểu dương sự nỗ lực của Đảng bộ Than Thống Nhất trong nhiệm kỳ vừa qua. Đồng chí yêu cầu trong nhiệm kỳ mới, Đảng bộ Công ty cần tập trung nâng cao vai trò lãnh đạo của các cấp ủy trong Đảng bộ, tiếp tục đề cao vai trò người đứng đầu khi cấp trưởng đồng thời là bí thư; không ngừng đổi mới nội dung, phương pháp công tác; tiếp tục thực hiện có hiệu quả Nghị quyết số 35 của Bộ Chính trị khóa XII; tập trung lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo hoàn thành các chỉ tiêu chủ yếu trong SXKD năm 2020, đảm bảo an toàn lao động và quyết liệt trong công tác môi trường; đẩy mạnh đầu tư áp dụng Cơ giới hóa – Tin học hóa – Tự động hóa; không ngừng chăm lo, cải thiện điều kiện làm việc cho người lao động; thực hiện tốt công tác quốc phòng, quân sự địa phương…
Cũng tại Đại hội, đồng chí Vũ Thành Lâm – Thành viên HĐTV Tập đoàn chỉ đạo Công ty cần thay đổi và xây dựng các hạng mục trên mặt bằng +41 hiện đại hơn, trang sắm các thiết bị quản lý tập trung; nâng cao ý thức cán bộ, công nhân viên, người lao động trong phòng, chống dịch COVID-19; Toàn Đảng bộ, từ mỗi công trường phân xưởng cần hăng say sản xuất, lao động sáng tạo, khắc phục những khó khăn, phấn đấu hoàn thành kế hoạch đã đề ra…
Đại hội đã bầu 16 đồng chí vào Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ Công ty nhiệm kỳ 2020-2025 và bầu 10 đại biểu đi dự Đại hội Đảng bộ Than Quảng Ninh lần thứ V. Với số phiếu bầu tín nhiệm cao, đồng chí Nguyễn Đình Thịnh đã trở thành tân Bí thư Đảng bộ Công ty than Thống Nhất – TKV nhiệm kỳ này.
